As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. We'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.


Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then assist you through the entire process.




Sellers Representative

I am a selling agent who has earned the Seller Representitive Specialist (SRS) designation.  This helps me to provide an extra level of service to seller clients by receiving advanced training and testing, as well as having to prove to NAR that they’ve successfully represented sellers in a number of transactions.  I have proven that I will put your needs first and I will work with you to ensure that your home gets seen by the greatest number of potential buyers.  I will continuously  work hard to market your home so it will be presented to qualified buyers and  when an offer is presented I will negotiate the offer so it will get you the best possible terms and price by performing a comparable market analysis.
